The Church Today Ministries began its mission in 1992 with Pastors Doug and Terri Smith, and Terri's parents, Paul and Bessie Wilson. They began meeting in the pastors living room, as the ministry outgrew the living room the began meeting in the commons area at the Haysville Middle School. Before and after every service, they had to carry sound equipment.
A store front became available in Haysville and the Fellowship then moved, it was at the store front that the ministry continued to grow and prosper. In 1995 the ministry was moved to our current location, the ministry now enjoys a 10,000 sq. ft. facility that sits on approx. 4 acres.
In 1998 The Church Today Ministries added a 1st thru 12th grade Christian school to its ministry, the school is know today as Todays Christian Academy.
